這禮拜最後1天長距離亂亂跑
原本想跑個30K +
但因為最後1.5K手上已經提著一大袋豆漿及一大袋早餐
就放棄補足30K的想法,就此打住,完成連5天25K +就好
昨天跑得時候,一直覺得好餓,勉強撐完後
昨天一整天就一直補充能量,補到晚上睡覺前
早起後,肚子覺得好脹,原本打算今天要減重慢慢跑
但是因為跑起來負擔沒有覺得很沉重
就順順地跑完預定的行程
