很榮幸參加高大哥百馬團, 看到很多傳說中的路跑高手, 整團100多人一同完賽真的非常感動, 非常震撼
整場活動依照計畫8分速穩穩前進, 賽後第一次膝蓋沒有不適感, 原來不受傷很簡單, 慢慢跑就行了~~~
