跑7-8分速應該就是平常的速度。
8-10分速度大概是跑不動了,跑跑停停的步行著。
至於7或6分鐘的應該是大步下坡速度。這一跑最快樂的是,途中肚子有點翻滾,心想一路看下去好像有個流動廁所,一路穩穩的跑到廁所....沒人,盡然沒人,太好了,放心的卸下重擔。果然腳步輕很多。
