待在台北這麼久...卻從來沒參加過環大台北自行車活動...
即使已經非常少騎車...還是衝了160K的挑戰組!

感謝聖約瀚大學學生在終點提供的按摩服務~
感謝Team Cherry車隊...讓我跟車跟了100K...還喝了他們行動補給車的一瓶舒跑!!!
雖然我很想輪車...但是我連跟車都很累了...真的很無力...抱歉 Orz
100K之後...我就被放生了...
一個人慢慢龜!!!
其中有一段是接到木棧道...
在那之前...竟然有個禁止通行的牌子...
我還以為走錯路了...
還調頭往回騎...
好險路旁的好心路人及時跟我說那邊直走是對的...
不然我就多走冤枉路了 Orz
逃過一劫...卻逃不過另一劫...
車子很不幸的在終點前20K...發生了爆胎...
雖然很幹...但是機械故障...也是無法避免...
好加在有帶一條備胎...
不然就GG了~
換胎的同時...眼睜睜的看著車友從眼前經過...心裡一整個無奈!!!
在終點前10K...又發生雙腳大腿抽筋...
但是剩沒幾公里了...我完全不想停下來...
咬緊牙根...硬著頭皮...強忍抽筋慢慢騎...也一直在尋找舒緩抽筋的姿勢...
但是三芝那段又是上上下下...
一到上坡...那種感覺...真的讓人很想死 Orz
幾公里之後...才有恢復的感覺...
但是速度也拉不上來...
就這樣龜到了終點~
為了趕時間...補給站只停了2個...
平溪的補給站...吃了一個包子...
120K的補水站補水...
總補給就是: 一顆包子...3瓶水...1瓶舒跑...1根Soyjoy...1包果膠...跟2包BCAA...
想一想...其實我真的蠻能撐的 XD
