第三次參與海山馬,去年跑完第二次就說不再報海山馬了,原本是規劃報名昨天的苗栗南湖馬,無奈昨天辦公室辦理檢定考試,無法參賽,只好三戰海山馬了。
本場賽事地點離家近,不用太早起床出門,是唯一的優點。早上天氣涼爽,大概是三次以來,天氣最適合跑步的一次。抵達會場後還見了沒漏氣的品足、宗霖、草雨及孫文大哥,大伙哈啦哈啦,熱身後,6點準時出發,今年賽事賽道長度變短,也就是折返次數變多了,真是折磨人啊!去年底自己全馬的PB也是在這賽道上創下的,所以今天出發前有計畫再次挑戰自己的PB,前半馬配速很OK,150完成,心裡盤算著破4應該沒什麼問題,但發現第一趟回到起跑點的里程數已近22K,心裡想著怎麼會誤差近1公里?哇~這樣要破4就有點拼了⋯⋯一直到35K速度都還在掌握之中,但到最後一個折返點38K處,確認總里程應該多出2K,破4無望了,便開始偷懶放慢速度,在補給站多停留了些時間,順便拉拉筋做做伸展,此時兩腳的關節都好痠啊,連走路都好吃力,從來沒有過這樣的情形發生,怎麼會這樣咧⋯⋯走了一段後有恢復,便慢慢再跑起來,終點前3K遇見史芬騎著UBIKE迎面而來,說他帶著冰豆漿來幫大家補給,但不知沒漏氣有這麼多人參加此場賽事,於是他立刻又折回頭去幫大家買豆漿去了,真是太大心了,謝謝史芬。最後438完成44K的里程,主辦單位被跑友駡翻了,跑河濱里程還可以誤差這麼大,還沒事先告知,實在很糟糕!
謝謝文彬及史芬的賽後補給,冰涼的啤酒及豆漿,真的是最好的賽後補給。
賽後評分: 折返跑次數太多,里程數多2K未事先知,補給單調。
