| 2018最後一場馬,成績實在差強人意!
第三連馬-雖然知道這場成績應該不會太好,但還是想試試是否能sub4,直到32K看到時間已是2:50 ,加上當下狀況沒很好,立馬決定要放掉,不想為了破4而搞得自己太累~
果然在35K左右大小腿非常痠痛!只能降速慢跑!最後以4:07:14完賽!!! 只能安慰自己無傷順利完賽也算OK的了!只好再努力!
P.S可能剛跑完日本馬,覺得台北馬完賽後的動線規劃頗亂!希望台北馬能越來越進步!朝銅標賽事邁進!就像我們為了自己的目標再努力!加油!
