| 本來今日跑感沒有特別好,蠻意外今天能破PB,感謝友人全程陪跑配速提醒; 前10K跑得太快,頻頻被友人提醒; 11-35k都還算順暢,直到38K開始,有快撞牆的感覺!還好友人沿途加油提點, 最後順利ㄍㄧㄥ 住,成績有出乎自己意料~
今天天氣陰加上回程也沒特別逆風,天氣也加分很多!希望再接再勵!繼續努力!
