| <第四馬>2015 海山馬拉松
一早看到下小雨還慶幸不會是烤肉馬, 但起跑後就感到悶熱, 在沒有風的賽道上腦袋特別昏沉, 跑到20k左右竟不自覺打盹, 一直到約28k喝到冰仙草才又醒過來, 後面10k以步兵完成, 完賽後檢查了賽前自訂的目標, 很慶幸都沒發生^^
1. 沒有足底筋膜炎
2. 沒有髕骨疼痛
3. 沒有曬傷
4. 沒有脫水
