1.開始的前4小時,有說有笑,看著世運殿堂,想著來此一回,倒也不錯.家人,同事,朋友也都有來加油.謝謝他們.
2.接下來直到半夜1~3點半左右,晃神了,好想睡呀,此時心中開始OS咒罵自己,騎車通勤上班或在高大運動個5~10K,丫不是很好,還跑來這12hrs的#@$%. 坐在補給區歇息,這段時間跑一下就停,跑不到十來K.
3. 四點後因上了二次廁所,通體舒暢一翻,及有四十男補給的好喝甘蔗汁,終於醒了,本想補跑到2馬的距離就好,最後不停歇跑到97.185K做收. 今日第一次,全程穿丫拖跑完,美賣的經驗.
