| 今天快到新營才發現號碼布沒帶,又折返回家拿後到會埸遲到六分鐘,沒寄物也沒有暖身就直接起跑了,速度感覺跑不起來。這埸馬直線往返,按理說非常好跑,可是一碰到右高左低或是不平的路面,左腳腳踝就酸痛令人不適,所以也影響跑步的節奏及速度。台北馬只能自求多福了。
