6/11參加2016苗栗永和山水庫路跑(58馬)
很幸運是個天氣涼爽的陰天起跑,賽道起起伏伏陡坡不少,挑戰4小時內失敗(4:07完賽).感覺自己體能好像越來越差了,後段無法維持速度,少練山路肌力不足..殘念.....
下次再努力吧!
