這應該是目前接觸全馬後,最陡的坡!因爲想說爲了接下來的高山馬以賽代訓,前11K就順順的爬坡,後11K雖然是下坡,但保守的跑順便記一下坡,因爲等回程時,要看哪邊是陡坡屆時才能好好的配速,原則就是不要用走的,慢慢跑也沒關係。最後回程的下坡,是休息也是加速,風櫃嘴真的是很變態的賽道。聽跑友說,今年難得是涼的天氣,往年都很熱,今年跑風櫃嘴算是賺爛了 賽後評分: 真的很抖M的陡,超變態的那種。 給 5 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 97~118 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 118~133 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 133~138 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 138~146 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 146~150 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為150 點此去設定最大心率 |
