| 第三次跑風櫃嘴賽事,這場真的是跑過到賽事中很硬的賽事,尤其是半馬回程那連續九公里的上坡的最後三公里真是煎熬,才回想前兩次跑到這就想說這場賽事這麼硬以後一定不能再跑了,結果證明人都是很健忘的,還來跑第三次哈!還好回來看成績一次比一次進步。 賽前宣言: Ho 賽後評分: 補給不好前10K只有水跟舒跑,10-20K多了香蕉蕃茄餅乾還有黑麥汁沒有蛋白質,另廁所太少10-30k只有只有折返處有廁所 給 3 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 114~139 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 139~156 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 156~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~171 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 171~176 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為176 點此去設定最大心率 |
