嘻嘻,我又要學打千字文了😁😁
首先好開心今年有份參與新一年渣馬,
今年目標我並不是集中要著重成績,
只求順利sub 330,和安全回終點為目的。
終於也如願以償。
往後要暫別全馬項目了,因我今年有喜,
要照顧小朋友(仔仔)和老婆,
來年訓練有可能隨之減少了,
但也偶爾會玩吓10K比賽的😄
先講上年,回顧5月後,我已停止所有比賽,
皆因有足底筋膜炎,直至半個月停止跑步練習,
以踩單車做recover,游水休養傷患,
每天不停拉筋,幾個月後逐漸慢慢康復。
上年8月-9月期間,我都很少練長課,
由5K慢慢加上,當時有得報名渣打馬拉松既時候,
我好掙扎,因為訓練唔夠,里數每星期又少,
係種種因素既情況之下,我最後都係報佐全馬,
可能因為今年最後一次報全馬既關係,
我目標已明確調低,希望比上年CCM再進步少少,
已經足夠了,因此最終能夠做到,
感到已是超額完成,
唯最後5K失速+少許抽筋,
順勢要謝謝老婆辛苦地係終點等我,
