| 第1k之後就有坡,18-24k是無止境的上坡,然後雖然是下坡,可是很吃腳力,只能慢慢跑😫,幸好路上風景很棒,蘭潭仁義潭風景盡收眼底,24k折返都快到半天岩了⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯🤢
30k之後就快抽筋了,只能展開跑走吃吃喝喝模式😭😭😭
今天的補給超讚的,起跑前在會場有吐司跟熱咖啡、冬瓜紅茶,沒吃早餐的可以去吃到飽,路上有烤乳豬、花枝、鳥蛋、滷味、巧克力、各種水果跟餅乾⋯⋯⋯跑得慢的也有得吃!👍路上有冰塊的可樂跟冰啤酒及冬瓜紅茶都好好喝,回到會場還有黑輪貢丸油豆腐熱湯吃到飽,烏梅汁跟運動飲料、冬瓜紅茶喝到飽,
完賽禮的水晶餃送給妹妹吃,扭扭樂好大一個送給媽媽了,
感謝妹妹收留我,昨天睡得超好,比賽結束還特別煮水餃跟蛋花湯、青菜給我吃,家裡還有按摩椅馬上按摩,大感恩!👍👍👍
