就是為了這件斗篷而跑

已經好幾年沒有連馬了,為了這場特殊的完賽斗篷,雖然上週剛跑完神戶馬,在跑友鼓吹下,還是報了全馬。
一開始就設定這場當LSD來跑,起跑後遇到同事泰銘後,兩人就一起聊跑..談談跑步,比賽和日本旅遊...
過了半馬後疲憊感出來了,左膝也開始作怪了,27K上完小號後,肚子還開始痛起來...
只好再放慢速度..
最後就開啟走走跑跑模式,一直回到終點。
Magic Speed 2也許該退役了,全馬後半段吸震變差了,跑起來腳底板有點痛...
