Since I've got injured already I promised my instructor to not run super hard in this race in case I wouldn't effect my target race in January. Therefore I only put 60% strength to take on it.
From the race I totally realized why he always highlights the importance of endurance instead of speed, I could feel this hill race didn't fatigue my breathe at all, I didn't even puff; but my knees and my groin parts hurt really bad, which means I have strong cardiopulmonary function but weak endurance.
Anyway, hope I would heal A.S.A.P...
