這二天加班,睡得比平常少,士林空品終於亮綠燈就往河濱跑,進河濱些微提速約五成力,大約配在4:45分速,不過還沒到洲美大橋輕鬆感就不見了,試著放慢配速找回跑感,不過效果不大,折返後吃力感加重,配速持續下修,承德橋前停錶走休三分鐘後,才能繼續完成,這週休跑太久了😞
