大腿後肌肉還是不舒服,雖然可以跑,但不太敢太用力,前14K的1/3用了約93分,感覺還不錯,但是第二個1/3慢慢覺得沒力了,第三個1/3更是跑不太動,雖然這場全程是平地,本來預計可以在440前回來的,太過於樂觀了,練得不夠、體重降不夠,就只能慢慢的跑回來。回程怕第二班1400接駁車到台南市太晚,還厚臉皮的拜託車友搭便車先回到火車站,怕1509的火車會趕不上,感謝善心的跑友~
賽前宣言: 跑
賽後評分: 連兩周到台南,每天都在關注氣象預報,星期五的預報會下雨,從背包客棧出門還擔心騎單車會下雨,但只是涼涼的天氣。從轉運站到將軍漁港也要將近45-50分鐘,人數不多,場地小小的,天公伯熱情放送該下雨未下,前半程天氣陰陰的,跑起來涼爽多了,出發後是逆光,雖然沒有太陽但還是全程戴上了眼鏡。已經是連兩週台南烤肉馬,不同的是今天大會充分準備降溫冰塊,出發後第一個補站就有冰塊,沿途物資充分提供水、冰塊等,雖然物資重複性高,水果西瓜、香蕉等、小點心、運動飲料、水非常充足。雖然比賽地點很遠,參賽人數也不多,但算是辦得不錯的賽事,未來可以考慮再來。
