| 參加北埔膨風馬21k,半馬賽事,傷後第五天(傷口還是隱隱作痛😭😭),沒啥練習,還是試試,超開心的能跑了,只是半馬,變超半馬,沒人引導,搞得大伙亂亂跑,多跑了2k山路,累累~
