長距離練不夠,距離與時間到了是無法騙人的
這次特地穿nike zoom fiy系列 試試長距離與一般道路 , 前面速度快時與後面速度跑不出來降速時 ,感覺真棒,跑完後也沒有任何不舒適感, 黑科技真強 賽前宣言: 訓練 賽後評分: 一場長距離訓練, 沒什麼好挑剔的
