| 第一次跑馬那麼痛苦,上禮拜萬丹馬腳底血泡棄賽後休了一個禮拜沒跑,今天可能肌耐力不夠去負荷超馬,到25公里就小抽筋,整路有肌樂就噴看能不能減緩一點,結果到32公里還是抽起來了,腳底水泡又在痛,真的很想棄賽,最後剩4公里兩條腿大抽筋完全不能走路,只能在路上拉腳,最後走路又快走慢跑回來,幸運撿到分組,第一次跑那麼遠真的嚇到了,體會筋疲力盡的感覺 賽前宣言: 能完賽就好 賽後評分: 風景優美,當地人熱情,志工熱心 給 5 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 126~153 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 153~172 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 172~178 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 178~189 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 189~194 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為194 點此去設定最大心率 |
