    21.9 km | 01:55:55 | 05:17/km
    There is a will.there is a way.
    There is a will. There is a way. This is my second times to participate the Cijin marathon. Last time was in 2012 and my achievement 2 hours sixteen so I ask my self must better than last year .This total distance was 23 K that I set a target which finished it under in 2hours .Actually, the target is quite hard, after all my most quantity of practice is about 21 k 2hours so means I at least advanced 10 minutes time then I arrived my goal. According to precedent running as the adrenal raise make my achievement often exceed my anticipation unexpectedly so I decided to try the high standard challenge.
    I choose old Nike shoe rather than Mizuno MIZUNO-WAVE RIDER 15 because I run on the most time with Nike so I can have a high hold and habit so I give up the Mizuno this time.
    I had to change the strategy of running which adopts a different shoe as well as huge breathe and mobile speed monitor which reminds you current speed in per minute, beforetime ,most running I adopted the sight and small breathe for saving sufficient strength in final sprinting but I find a fatal question when your body fit a small breathe and pace then you want to raise speed will be difficult and lose morale because you will be surpassed by others.
    I adopt the natural speed and pace that means to let the situation of body decide your speed ,I didn’t decrease my speed intentionally so I had a good start to maintain average 5 minutes /per kilometer and keep my morale is up .Soon ,my strength had lose gradually and I felt hard in seventeen kilometer so I must start challenge my perseverance from this period .This is really a difficult test ,especially last two kilometers that is super exciting road .one is uphill and the other is beach ,I felt my right calf is tight and appear to cramp while remain two kilometers I must persist in and can’t give up .I adopted the small breathe and small pace to conquer the uphill and will challenge the hardest barrier beach road that this is a rare road running my first experience and I almost exhausted my entire strength while the average speed dropped seven minutes per kilometer .By the perseverance ,I conquer it but I had lose most strength and my right foot almost cramp and I didn’t hold it again because my body had to arrive a critical point. Unfortunately, at the moment I watch the final as if my strength appears to restore a little and by the extra strength rush to final. When I rushed the final line, my right calf cramp but nothing is important that I finished the important running under 2 hours.

    This execute of Cijin marathon was excellent ,However ,route planning ,supply , completed line and issue result all are better than year .I watch the vast ocean and mountain as well as spectacular scenery ,This is amazing.

    Conclusion
    The achievement correspond my anticipation by the shoes .breaths and speed monitor of mobile.
    This route encounter mountain road and beach .This is really a hard challenge .especially beach; my foot was continuous to sink so I must spent more strength to lift. The feeling of running is interesting and fresh.
    This mobilization of running friends is a lot than before and My teammates all had a obvious progress .All members finished the running under 2 hours ,even the first participate friends had a amazing achievement.
    Go through the Cijin marathon and I have to increase a little of confidence in the 42K marathon so I must begin to prepare the training for challenging 42K marathon next year.
