很累 很值得 雖然比起去年12月的賽事,成績退步了20分鐘 但信念更穩固了 儘管腳隱隱作痛 但想起工藤真實的書帶來的能量 以及日本漫畫強風吹拂的一句話
"跑步比的不是速度,而是心裡放的的東西"
我成功戰勝內心軟弱又無力的恐懼
慢慢地跑 也不願停下來走 因為我開始走了 就放棄了
希望自己以後認真看待跑步這件事
相信肯努力一定會有不一樣的成果
