| 驕兵必敗是我今日的寫照。
第一次跑高美,剛開始很多時間跑在330列車前,可惜體感不好15k就開始掉速,過半馬1:46變成在列車後拉開一段距離。
每5k一包膠真的有效,到34k追上330列車(車上約7位乘客)反超,一直到37k慢慢拉開,心算完賽時間約3:28左右,目標3:30應該沒問題,我鬆懈掉速到5分多,過40k到41k左右被3:30列車追上,放慢後想提速也提不起來,最後3:31完賽,殘念。 賽後評分: 整體還ok 給 4 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 123~150 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 150~169 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 169~174 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 174~185 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 185~190 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為190 點此去設定最大心率 |
