帶著上車的心情,完賽就好了。
早前天文台說當日氣溫是單位數,但2:30起床是12°C。
起跑心率已到15x水平,保持配速一直走到18km左右傷患開始投訴,但對比上次長課已經相對遲出現,用跑走方法繼續前行,心想如果惡化就只好上車,3、4km後都沒有什麼變化,可是到長青隧道感覺肚痛(懷疑食膠關係) 出隧道立即上厠,完事後又再上路,保持跑走下一直完成西隧,最後亦可加速的情況下完成。
PS:上橋大風情況下未覺有頭痛,只是有一段雙手都是冰凍的,但持續不長。
