| 意外的東京馬,說真的一開始我根本就沒想到會抽中,所以也沒什麼練,一抽中以後,覺得還來得及,偏偏牙齒突然不行了,因為植牙所以又被醫生禁跑快2個月,醫生直接跟我,你可以去跑東京馬,但是不代表有時間可以練習,剩半個月就隨便跑一下,果然跑的很辛苦,撐了5:40才回來,其實這也沒什麼不好,這一場非常有可能是我人生最後一馬,開心慢慢跑應該是上天給我最棒的禮物,還是跑的很開心! 賽前宣言: 抽到了,硬著頭皮上,6大馬,真的要玩第二輪 賽後評分: 主辦單位用心,除了補給,其他都很好 給 5 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 106~129 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 129~145 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 145~150 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 150~159 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 159~164 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為164 點此去設定最大心率 |
