臨時的第二馬 完全沒做調整...
前幾天治療師說股二頭太緊 可能會出狀況
起跑就覺得股二頭有抽感 想說看熱開會不會好一點
7K脛前肌又做怪 腳掌麻掉 還好8K狀況解除
半馬過後股二頭開始抽 還不至於跑不下去
26K想說伸展一下二頭 悲劇開始..
股四頭跟著抽 這下子也不用伸展了 慢慢撐
後面半跑半走 36開始崩潰 左四頭也想抽XD
右大腿整個僵硬 跑不了
太陽好大 沒啥遮蔭 只好走回來
走太久 得到血泡一顆!
果然是練不夠 肌耐力好差
謝謝阿綸哥停下來幫我擦藥舒緩抽筋!
半馬好像慢慢穩定了!
