| 連續爬坡約25公里,當天艷陽高照,這場比賽很艱辛,過程當中腳掌起水泡,兩隻指甲瘀血,大腿差點抽筋,只有累可以形容><
有些不認識的跑友以及後援隊熱心的協助和加油,才能夠順利完成賽事,真得很開心,也很溫馨!
10幾k處大腿快抽筋,有位跑友協助我拉筋還有送我鈣片吃;一路上坡路段,跑友大哥說話幽默化解大家的痛苦;另外,在36km處有跑友的後援隊幫我處理水泡問題還有水補給;很多人事一時也說不完,滿滿的熱流在心頭。
