新北市竇蒙飛  上週的高雄馬後身體還沒有完全復原,後13公里幾已放棄。跑跑走走,其實在過折返點不久就覺得大事不妙,身體的感覺和高雄馬的後幾公里差不多,沒想到這麼早就撞牆,一路走走跑跑,來到最後6公里遇到阿勳也在走路,(一個309的高手)就和彵一起跑走,也順便聊了一下,他自覺跑太多馬了,心態也不太正確,所以今年會較少參加馬拉松,回到跑步的初衷快快樂樂的跑步。
